Refund Request

You can request a refund by emailing blair@blairmcleod.com – please note that your item needs to have proof of purchase. 

Digital Products

Digital products are ineligible for refund due to their immediately consumable nature.

Courses 

Courses are ineligible for refund due to their immediately consumable nature.

Hardcopy Books

An order of a hardcopy book can be canceled within one hour. Once a print book order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the book, quantity, or shipping method for the order. We may be able to change the shipping address but cannot guarantee as it depends on the stage of the order. 

It is the responsiblity of the consumer to ensure all details, shipping addresses and quantities are correct before placing an order. If an order has been incorrectly placed and the hour amendment period has passed, a full refund will not be issued.

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged item(s), we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date via email at blair@blairmcleod.com and ensure to provide photos of your item.

Shipping and prodution times stated on our website are an estimation. Delays in shipping are out of our control and refund requests for shipping delays are issued at our discretion. 

Digital Services

If you are unhappy with the service you received, you may request a partial refund. This will is issued at our discretion and hours worked may be deducted from the total amount paid.

This policy does not affect your consumer rights.
